For a regular AGM I think in most cases it's OK to not vote. If you believe that all candidates for a position are willing and able to do a good job then it's OK to not vote for them. As the AGM has little in terms of Linux technical content it's understandable that people don't attend. For this motion in particular I also don't think it's a big deal when people choose not to vote. There was never going to be a significant change that impacts the members either way so it shouldn't be a big deal.
