I think that is the most FUD I've heard through all of this; that is, a hostile takeover. Besides the membership numbers of LA aren't that great, they are higher, but how many of those members are from Sydney LUG ? There could more easily be a Sydney vs Melbourne issue..... but that's probably a long shot too.
