Do what you want, I'll just provide a couple more links and I'm done
[for now], I'm too tired and with a lack of time and resources to deal

I'm sure if you look widely enough, you will find plenty of pros as well
as plenty of cons, but with my research, the cons far outweigh the pros
by a great deal.  Add to that the moderation/filtering taking place on
Debian Users mail list and you can be very sure that loads of problems
aren't being allowed to see light of day in reporting.
