Landlord is OK now.  So searching for ADSL/cable.  Hope to find something
so that it can be usable pretty soon.

Your cable speeds look good.  Mine on the mobile broadband are a woeful
0.61 Mbps download and 0.43 Mbps upload.  Pretty useless for Zoom.  The
university's VPN uses Cisco at present.  Sometimes I can connect, it
depends on how many other people are connecting.
