I modified my code now, so I don’t set the IP address and mask to 0 anymore. 
Still the same problem with the DHCP. It works only after power on. Renewing 
doesn’t work correct on my device.

Ehrm, why do you do that? When DHCP is enabled, DHCP has control over the IP 
addresses. If you mess with them manually while DHCP is enabled, it's not 
strange at all that things don't work.
