The above is the view I hold as well. I talked through the "copy vs
reference" with Tero and the WG chairs during my evaluation and
reached
the conclusion that the copy approach was fine in an Informational
document.
I've cleared my discuss on the informational status, and it seems like I
am in the minority in being worried about the copy vs reference
approach. So while I have not changed that opinion, I am perfectly happy
to be declared in-the-weeds.
