Excellent stuff, thank you for sharing the data.

It'd be nice to evaluate the QUIC stack against CoAP/DTLS on a sample of the 
typical interactions, e.g.:
- streaming sensor measurements (device to cloud;  long-lived, more or less 
sparse)
- firmware updates (cloud to device; bulky)
- device management (bidirectional; typically lightweight)

I'd be happy to help out with the characterisation, as well as the 
practicalities.
