Actually, no. Orca is supposed to provide a blind-friendly,
hotkey-driven new "Layout" for blind people in a way that changes to the
visible GUI are _not_ not necessary. There is no special "blind mode" in
firefox either, but it works well with orca.

All we need right now are keyboard shortcuts for accessing lxpanel
plugins, i.e. pop up their menus without using the mouse.

Personally, I would point out that the mouse-oriented desktop is in
general not optimal for blind people (though many may disagree). Our
ADRIANE text-menu audible desktop is especially designed for them. But
since lxde is a grahical desktop, we should at least attempt to make it
accessible without changing many things. As said before, I believe that
adding keyboard shourcuts for accessing things that can otherwise only
be activated by mouseclicks, should be sufficient to make lxde fully
orca-compliant.
