I think there should be a special mode for blind people. Otherwise adding those could make the original UI weird for general users. Maybe we should enable an special option for blind people. If that special mode is enabled, the UI can be adjusted to fit what's needed by orca. Otherwise other users still see the original UI. This require more work, but I think it's the right way to make things work for both blind people and general users.
