I agree so, we now have a problem is that panel couldn't be set background
by system theme. There were many themes packed the panel background image
and font settings already, it makes sense to use those theme to improve
the look
of panel. So if panel cannot support to use that to set itself, it will
make users
difficult to modify and set artwork style of panel.
