Hi all,
Recently, I noticed that Transifex finally added on-line translation
editor in the latest 0.7 version.

So, I think it's time to consider shifting all the translation work to
Transifex.
It's well integrated with well-known version control systems, such as
svn and git, which are used by us.
Besides, they also provide a free server hosting for translation projects.

I suggest that we either set up our own Transifex server, or use the
one provided by them to coordinate all the translations.
Pootle has good on-line translation editor. However, it has poor
integration with upstream version control system. In addition, itself
doesn't have any version control support. So things might be broken
sometimes. Transifex is not user-friendly in the past. However, since
they now support online editing, I feel that it's the right way to go.

Please consider using Transifex and this should decrease the workload
of our i18n coordinators/maintainers.

Cheers!
