Hello!

After installing LXDE I've noticed a wrong vertical alignment of
LXPanel applets.

First, I thought that all applets are aligned to the top of the LXPanel.
But then, I've found that different applets have different vertical
alignment policy.

On my panel I have the following applets aligned to the top of LXPanel:
* Menu
* Application Launch Bar
* Desktop Pager
* Task Bar
* System Tray

And the following two applets are vertically centered:
* Keyboard Layout Switcher
* Digital Clock

(I didn't check other applets.)

As for me there should be some consistency in applets alignment.
All applets should have the same vertical alignment policy.
Otherwise panel looks broken.

Someone already has made a feature request #2832638 for this.

May be we can have a configuration parameter, for instance
"verticalalign=top|middle|center" in "Global" section.
This parameter even could be overridden in "Plugin" section.

What do you think?
