so I didn't know about those step.

I have removed the faulty file. As I can not upload the file to sf.net I 
see no use of it to stay any way. I think that someone who can upload the 
file to sf.net also will produce the file. The tag is in git so it's super 
easy to get the files when that person happens to read these messages.
