Last year I worked on a new GUI greeter for LightDM display manager.
The work was not finished at that time due to one limitation of LightDM.
Since the latest LightDM provides a new API for what I need and I got
little free time this afternoon, I finished it today.

It requires LightDM >= 1.0.0 and can work nicely with the latest LightDM
shipped with Lubuntu 12.10.
After installation, edit /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf and set
greeter-session=lightdm-gtk-builder-greeter
then it's done.
I think it's the right time to have a formal release for it.
Please give it some test and help translation.
If there are no big problems, I'd suggest making a new release.
