Looks like it means that 'lxlauncher' bin-pkg built from eponymous src-pkg
depends on some no-longer-built-from-'menu-cache'-src bin-pkg
('libmenu-cache1');
anyway that '${shlibs:Depends}' dependency
should go away after package rebuild against the fresh menu-cache.
But that string is not intuitive enough, so I've reported it as a bug:

You're right.
That data looks quite outdated,
or maybe ftpmaster "DAK" tool wrongly scanned some packages in testing etc.,
in addition to unstable ones... I don't know.
