    They've replied this is because there are still old versions of those
packages in use. According to http://packages.debian.org/sid/lxpanel the
hurd-i386 still uses 0.5.10. The same goes for libfm. I believe that is
due to libmenu-cache3 wasn't built for hurd-i386. So I should merge 0.5.1
upstream first, then that problem will be fixed, then old versions would
disappear from unstable and finally menu-cache can migrate into testing.

    Well, I've pushed required change into git.lxde.org, it will require
upload for new version as well.
