    After closer look into your plugin sources I should admit using the
libxml2 may be unavoidable - the FmXmlFile provides just XML parser and
composer but libxml2 also provides simple HTTP client interface which is
used in your plugin.

    That is great! I've already done migration of 'cpu' loadable plugin
so you can use it as example.
