3. sources must be <name>-<version>.tar.* and contain <name>-<version> folder (I meen release tarballs in github). Are you talking about: http://lxqt.org/downloads/lxqt/0.7.0/ ? They are in <name>-<version>.tar.* form but they don't extract to <name>-<version>. It can be done if there isn't opposition.Even if they don't extract to that, this can be easily adjusted via %setup macro in rpmbuild. The tarballs for 0.7.0 are OK in that regard.
They extract ok, but tarball names are not automatically downloadable. Now all of lxqt-* tarbals from github are "0.7.0-tar.gz".I don't know about Mageia, but Fedora requires to put real URL into "Source: ..." section of spec. So - as I use multiple sources for one package (lxqt) for bulk repackaging - I have to rename source tarballs.
This is not problem for OBS - but is problem for Fedora build system. My hack is in attach.
