Although I think the code sv99 puts onto their branch needs cleanup, I
think it is okay to push into upstream, and we can review the code
afterwards. If possible, we should attribute sv99's work.

I am no longer user of LXDE, and I feel appreciated that people here
would like to maintain LXTerminal.
