There is a way to access menu from keyboard, also "Run..." dialog can be
accessed, you need shortcuts for "lxpanelctl menu" and "lxpanelctl run"
commands respectively. Nothing else can be accessed currently. AFAIR,
there is a request for this in the tracker and this important possibility
is in TODO list for some of following releases.
