OK, solve the problem, key issue is that, I have to
sudo apt-get install lxqt-libs-qt5
it turns out this package is not in lxqt-metapackage．
As lxqt is based on qt5, I believe we need to put it into metapackage to avoid
similar problem.

You probably have to set proper environment variables.
GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx
QT_IM_MODULE=fcitx
Make sure you have both of them set.
Besides, you have to install the ui module of fcitx.

Fcitx configuration tool doesnt seems to work at all.
if you try to configure fcitx, it actually doesn't able to write to
~/.config/fcitx, In this file every lines are noted. So even CTRL+SPACE by
default can't trigger fcitx.
