Why do you trying to give different users to use the same desktop at
all? If I have other user's application on my desktop then nothing would
stop me to do anything as that user, so basically it is not another user
but rather duplicate account of mine.
If you want to share the keyboard/display between few users then it's
much simpler and reliable to use different logins/desktops for them, and
press Ctrl+Alt+Fx is simpler than rely on users to remember where each
anyone have applications on a single desktop.
