using:
Menu > Preferences > Customize Look and Feel > Color tab :
If I check "Use customized color scheme":
I can change the Foreground color of the text but the Background color is
always the same (like a very pale blue).
I try for example to put a red color #ff000000 but it's alway the same pale
blue when I hover on the items of the menu.
At the opposite, this is working with one other Lubuntu desktop (I'm currently
using Arch Linux + LXDE)
