Hi,
I'm trying to implement an "empty the trash" action for all users. This is
the guide I'm looking at:

it works, however it points to:
$HOME/.local/share/file-manager/actions/ask-trash-empty.desktop
is there any global action where I could drop that file to be picked up so
that it works for all users?
I've tried to look at pcmanfm source and strace the process, but didn't
come up with anything.
