Actually the encoding is correct, and doesn't indicate that Accept gzip
was sent.  It does indicate that Accept-Encoding: gzip was sent.

Either the user has confused the binary WML format with gzipped, or
Lynx doesn't unzip files that it are gzip encoded but not rendered.
The latter is often, but not always, what one wants to do with donwloaded
files.
