The Lynx download website (lynx.isc.org) is famous for banning many IP
address from downloading releases [1].

If you tried to get a safe copy of your great software, for example,
from Iran, the most straightforward way is to do with Tor [2]:

$ torsocks curl -LO http://lynx.isc.org/current/lynx2.8.8rel.2.tar.bz2

However, this would result in:
        curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden

Bans against Tor IP addresses are often observed in the wild (which
are concerned by many researchers). However, what is your point in
preventing users from getting your programs?

P.S.
I encountered a problem with sending an email to [email protected].
This is strange IMHO.
