facebook is actively blocking what it considers outdated browsers and I
suspect this blocking has started on m.facebook.com now too.
I suppose this keys off the browser-name.... What happens if you change
it? (this suggestion nothing close to novel on this list.)
What does it consider outdated? Those that are less fit for passing
advertizing on? Ever more of these websites, I understand, demand ever
more accurate information about their subscribers, to the end, I
understand, of delivering relevant advertizing to them. LYnx is not fit
for such use.
