I have run into a few websites so sloppily misdesigned that they will infinite-loop trying to set a cookie if the client does not accept it. (As a hypothetical example, if http://example.com/ redirects to http://example.com/setcookie, which tries to set a cookie in the same response as a redirect back to http://example.com/, then a cookie-ignoring client, like lynx -cookies, will infinite loop, bouncing back and forth between those two URLs.)
