I've been trying to get the time to write a long message about the
Windows mailers. As set up by Hiroyuki, lynx passes arguments to
blat in a manner only acceptable to the Japanese version (BLATJ).
The standard blat doesn't know how to handle this. For now, the blat
code should be considered quite experimental and certainly not the
default. I have some preliminary code to let lynx use the normal blat
executable, but I haven't had time to fully debug it for submission
yet.
