Lynx has NEVER been compatible with the release version of blat.
It works with blatj, the Japanese variant. As noted before in this
list, the lynx code would have to be changed to work with standard
blat. I have worked on this a bit, but the work is unfinished and is
low priority for me. The "blat @file" format is specific to blatj.
Unfortunately, blatj is hardcoded to put a Japanese codepage in
the headers. Use of blat with the Win32 port should be considered
experimental. Only use this if you plan to use blatj, or plan to hack
the code for blat or lynx to make them compatible.
