Building dev20 (and dev19, but I forgot to report it) on current
cygwin (CYGWIN_95-4.0 1.1.8(0.34/3/2) 2001-01-31 10:08 i586
unknown) --with-screen=ncurses, make dies for lack of finding
/usr/include/ncurses/term.h. I believe that's the default
location on cygwin--at least, I don't recall moving it.
/lib/libncurses.a is found without a problem.
Setting CFLAGS="-I/usr/include/ncurses" lets the build proceed.
