I'm about 2/3 through preparing a prerelease (at least another week), and
have checked if lynx will build with the gettext 0.10.37, finding that
ja.po is rejected by that (there are a dozen or so places that it says
are invalid multibyte sequences). Anyone want to fix it? (It's out
of my range of expertise; if no one cares to fix it, I'll remove it).
