If you go to <http://www.encyclopedia.com/browse/browse-Int.asp> you
will get links like <http://www.encyclopedia.com/html/I/ Iran.asp>

Following that link results in a Bad Request error.
The HTML looks like this:

<A class="main-b" HREF="../html/I/
Iran.asp
     ">Iran</A>

Why does Lynx trim the whitespace on the right, but not in the middle?
Is it because the whitespace on the right is spaces rather than linebreaks?
And what does the linebreak actually become, and why?

thanks,
-Walter
(yes, I know their HTML is bad [they even have multiple <html>s, eisch])
