True. I installed it on Windows XP Professional.

I ran setup.exe and it installed the base system and a few
additional packages (I don't know what uses gdbm and such,
but...).

For lynx it downloaded libintl, openssl, and zlib. It also
downloaded the lynx sources. Why...

In the next days I'll _try_ to compile a dev. release. Can I
get rid of libintl with --disable-nls ? I'm used to use Linux
but after some years installed Windows. I can't live without
Lynx.

I had to change the default colors. Dark blue on black...
Anyway, Lynx on Linux is much better.

I think the maintainer is Corinna Vinschen from Red Hat.
