This is the perfect example of the second law of thermodynamics at
play...
Regarding the third law, read "The Emperor New Mind" from Roger Penrose,
there the three laws of thermodynamics are related with the initial
conditions of the antisymmetric part of the Riemann tensor (related with the
curvature of space-time) thus giving a cosmological meaning to those three
laws...
Does this makes any sense? ;-)
