I think I fixed it.

No. The default is the long titles. That's all I ask to keep! The "Navigate"
title is just for the looks. Nobody reads it, and nobody should. It just
looks nice. (So maybe I'll change it to read "Snabel!" instead.)
If you want to have the short titles, but the side nav-bar, all you need
to do is to bookmark "http://lyx.org/index.php3?long=0" rather than
"http://lyx.org/index.php3".
Actually, I've put the stuff in as the default web site on http://lyx.org now.
If you use Lynx, it will default to a top-navbar (thanks Pascal!).
Also, I promoted the cvsweb2.cgi to be the default one, because it is
delicious. (Good job, Henner!) I even checked that the commit log
viewer still works with it.
Now, I just need to put more content on the web-page.
Lgb, maybe you can sneak into Allans home-directory on Nazgul and
shove the tar.gz archive of the old site into a place where I can
read it? Allan forgot to enable read-access, so I can't get it
as an ordinary user. Of course, I can hack nazgul, but... ;-)
Another thing, Lgb, maybe we can set the web-server up to default
to "index.php3" rather than "index.html"? I have an empty
"index.html" that redirects to the "index.php3" now, but it would
be better to go directly to the "index.php3" page.
Comments, wishes, flames and fan-mail on the new, cool, but still
small developers site welcome,
Asger
P.S. The sunsite.auc.dk people are doing a mirror of our cvs-repository now.
When I have looked more into it, I'll document it and put it on the web.
We are also looking into using them as the main web host, but more on this
when we have something rolling.
