No master here, but you can put a protected space on a line. If you want
more space, you can select section* or subsection* for the line with the
protected space.
Or you can put in vfills, medskip, bigskip or some specified length
using Layout Paragraph Space (above,below) the (last, first) paragraph
in each group.
