What would be nicer would be if there was some escape sequence to
exit math mode (the cursor constantly leaveing math mode when you
don't want it to has a tendency to drive you crazy) and multi line
equations were more line orientated rather than block orientated so that
the cursor would roll over to the next line. Notice that I am making a
distinction between a simple math equation embedded in a line of text
and multi line equations. On a 200 line multiline equation (say).
Highlighting with the mouse from somewhere near the beginning
highlights to the very end of the block until the button is
released rather than the end of the line. For a block of equations
longer than a page this forces you to avoid the use of the mouse
altogether since dragging the mouse near the top causes the screen
to scroll all the way to the bottom of your equations.
Pushing the 'down' key does not neccessarily go to the next line
sometimes goes to the bottom of the equations.
Whereas elsewere 'home' and 'end' go to the beginning of the line
and end of the line respectively in multi line mathed they go
to the beginning and end of the block.
