I think it is as ready as it will be in my hands. I suggest just putting it
in, perhaps with a warning. The user community is very small for each class
like this, and imperfect support is better than none. If bugs turn up, we'll
fix them ;-) The problem with figures in proof is possibly due to inaccurate
back translation of ERT.
OTOH, this is very similar to ejour2 and I derived it from the ejour2 layout.
I expect it's OK.
Someone should add the location of the llncs.cls file!!!! Apparently we cannot
include it. OTOH interested users will already know where to find it.
