I've gone through all of the docs, and can't find anything that seems
to address this.
My chapter headings must be in all caps. Additionally, each level
below must be distinct, and each level must appear in the same style in
the TOC as in the text.
As near as I can tell, lyx has no way to handle this, and the docs
provide no hint for the raw latex to use. Oddly, whoever came up with
the isuthesis.sty didn't seem to do this; I assume he used the capslock
key (????).
Is there a hint around? And once I accomplish it, which doc should I
edit to include the information?
While I'm at it, it might be useful to come up with a style that we
support for the University of Chicago format, and have other schools be
diff's from that.
