Some of them are already in trunk. Others are test asserts for bug hunting 
that are not intended to go in trunk or 1.4 branch, or problematic patches 
(e.g. the math underline fix) that need to be fixed first before they can 
go into the official sources. Then I also have new features like the cache 
for converted files (this is an absolute must for me, otherwise it takes 
far too long to create a postscript file by a Makefile), and the extension 
of the navigate menu to child docs which could in principle go in trunk 
but may need review. I don't know if/when I am going to promote these for 
trunk. The main purpose of this branch is to make syncing between home and 
work easier. I try to put every safe changes into official 1.4 directly.
