[Patch] nb.po - updated translations for 1.5svn

Here is an updated Norwegian translation.
It now translates most of the new strings in lyx 1.5, as well as some
old I didn't figure out last time.

I have also fixed lots of duplicated menu hotkeys, so Norwegian
LyX no longer complains about this during startup.  This means some
of the hotkeys changed, but those weren't useable as they were,
the duplication meant you got another menu item anyway.

I also changed the translation of "Plain text" to something
slightly suboptimal that contains the "a" needed due
to the currently untranslated configure.py.  This was needed
