It seems to be a latex problem because LyX occupy no cpu.
This is just Miktex downloading package in the background (utopia.cab,
dunno what this is for) and the ftp connection to ftp.inria.fr doesn't
seem to complete. I had to manually compile the file with pdflatex in
order to understand this. This is *bad*.
Uwe, isn't there a way to warn the user that some package is downloaded
in the background? Could we start the package manager instead of
freezing lyx?
I now understand why this automatic package downloading can be bad...
