Are you sure? With my latest commit, a simple 'make install' should
install everything as required. Please check whether the files are
somewhere at the wrong place.

I misunderstood how this worked. Doing "make install" in lyx-devel/
development/MacOSX/ does indeed do the trick. However, "make install"
from lyx-devel/ doesn't (and that's what I tested initially).
Would it be possible to have the latter run the former on Mac?
