As I said to JMarc, this is not meaningful. AFAIK a Buffer must have a
language and if current value is not the same, this means that it has
been changed. We should then indicate that fact (and we do). Again AFAIK
there is no language tag in the layout is there? If yes, I guess this is
broken currently...
