I don't see a quick way to fix these. And I think it's not crucial (for
2.0).
The first, about display, I think can be fixed pretty easily, and I'll
try to do that. The issue with the TOC is much more complex, since we
only have one Index TOC at the moment. I.e., the TOC doesn't know about
multiple indexes.
