I already do this in my documents, using prettyref. I prefer "Figure 1"
as a target instead of just "1". prettyref is quite customizable and I'm
sure so is refstyle. Put your customizations in a module and you're set.
That's easier, I think, than hard wiring stuff into LyX's code because
you don't know that one set of customized links will satisfy everyone.
