This doesn't help, because in some cases you need the feature that LyX does not add nothing, no par
break and also no newline but to continue with the code right after the command. Richard is right
that InsetLayout is designed for this, but this is only usable if InsetLayout supports also
arguments. It is not yet clear to me why this is not supported. I'm not familiar with the layout
code but I assumed that it should not be very hard to implement. Would at least be a very valuable
feature for LyX 2.1.
