Hello all, I am glad to hear that my proposal "Horizontal scrollbar for tables and math for LyX" submitted has been accepted for Google Summer of Code 2013. Thank you (all the developers and specially my two mentors; Jean and Scott) very much for helping me by providing advice and relevant details.
I like to follow the schedule I have proposed in my proposal: http://www.google- melange.com/gsoc/proposal/review/google/gsoc2013/hashinisenaratne/1 So until, 16th of June I will involve with, *Reading and understanding mostly related LyX source and contacting mentors and other resource persons to gather helpful guidelines for the implementation. *Completion of background study for Feature 1 with prototype development of major functions and getting feedback from the mentors. I am sorry for not strictly following the developers list for past few weeks. As I have mentioned in my proposal, I am having a bit busy time with my semester exams until 7th of June (Actually due to postponed one, now the exams are ending by 10th of June). But I like to keep my communication open and discuss about the further matters during this period and accelerate the work from 10th of June. First of all I like to clear my schedule mentioned in the proposal with the help of yours. If anyone can see any conflict in it, please inform me and that would be a great help for further proceedings. As I can directly contact Stefano, Liviu about my schedules, I like to contact my mentors in that way if it is possible. So I can talk about technical details at developers' list and about daily/ weekly (as you prefer) progress (after the coding started) directly via mail (any other preferred way). Please advice me with this. I like to congratulate the other two selected students for GSoC (LyX) development; Ashley Shan and Josh H. Thank you Hashini
