I had thought that the message (word-replace approximately 1 1 0 1 0) was related to the spell checker, but subsequent use of the spell checker to change a word led to a longer message that referenced the Hunspell dictionary among other things (...\HunspellChecker.cpp). So it doesn't seem related to be directly related spell checking corrections (if at all related).
